For a detox or therapeutic bath, dissolve 1 - 3 tbs of the magnesium flakes into a warm, but not hot, foot bath or bath tub, and soak for 30 minutes or more. You can also mix this with milk, herbs, salts, and/or essential oils (like lavender) for additional benefits. It may also help as sleep aid, tired legs, poor circulation, swollen ankles, flaky scalp, eczema, osteoporosis, autism, psoriasis, and much more. An easy search on the web will give you a full list of the benefits and studies from the use of magnesium as transdermal supplement.
Magnesium Chloride Flakes have many uses, you can make your Magnesium Oil with 1 cup of hot water and 1 cup flakes. It will be really concentrated and may be itchy on your skin, but you can add an extra cup of water. Let it cool down and store in a spray glass bottle for easy use. You may use it as natural deodorant (1-3 sprays normally under each armpit perform very effective) or as massage oil. Applying Magnesium Oil onto your skin is another great way to benefit from this vital mineral.
Rubbing Magnesium Oil onto the skin stimulates blood flow, not only to the skin, but also to the underlying tissues. Increased rubbing has also been associated with increased absorption and distribution of Magnesium; something that is soothing for muscle pain and relieves spasms and knots. The usage of Magnesium Oil by massaging or spraying it on a person's skin is the most effective, convenient, and quickest way to transfer magnesium chloride into the tissues and cells.
This is Magnesium Chloride, not to be confused with Magnesium Sulfate, or better known as Epsom Salt.
NOT FOR INTERNAL USE.
